You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use Moona Fit. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
Moona Fit provides AI-generated personalized workout plans, cycle-aware fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and community engagement on Threads via Meta's official API. Our service is for general wellness support only — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
Moona Fit is accessed through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. You may not share your account or use the service on behalf of others without their consent.
Moona Fit uses large language models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to generate workout plans, coaching, and other content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgment before following any AI-generated fitness or nutrition advice.
AI-generated replies to public Threads posts are reviewed and approved by our team before publication and represent Moona Fit's community engagement, not personal medical advice.
Moona Fit uses the Meta Threads API to discover relevant public fitness content and engage with the Threads community. We access only publicly available posts via authorized Meta API permissions. Our use of Meta's platforms is governed by the Meta Platform Terms. You may request removal of any Moona Fit reply posted to your Threads content by emailing support@moona.fit.
You agree not to use Moona Fit for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service, abuse or impersonate other users, use automated means beyond normal personal use, share your subscription commercially, or submit false health information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All content, branding, and software provided by Moona Fit are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or distribute our content without written permission. You retain ownership of personal data you submit to us; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
Moona Fit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moona Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated advice. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moona Fit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by sending /delete_account to the bot or emailing support@moona.fit.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via Telegram or this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of your country of residence. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
